5 DAYS, 3 PARKS TANZANIA WILDLIFE SAFARI

5 DAYS, 3 PARKS TANZANIA WILDLIFE SAFARI

5 DAYS, 3 PARKS TANZANIA WILDLIFE SAFARI, At the start of this 5-day trip that includes everything, you get to choose between visiting Lake Manyara Park, which is a beautiful jewel, or Tarangire Park, which is less popular with tourists but has a lot of elephants. You can read more about both of them below.

We will stop at the Olduvai Gorge on our way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This is another world-famous site, and it may be the most important historical site on Earth. Thousands of tools and preserved bones from millions of years ago were found here, showing how early humans evolved.

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most animal-filled places on Earth, and it is also home to the world’s biggest intact volcanic crater. We’ll stand on the edge of the crater and look down into the huge basin below, which is full of animals like lions, hippos, and flamingos. We’ll spend a day discovering the wide range of animals that live in this rich habitat that is cut off from the rest of Africa.

At the end of our 5-day trip, we reach the fields of the Serengeti, which is Tanzania’s biggest park. There are huge herds of wildebeests and the largest number of lions in Africa, making this ecosystem one of the richest and most diverse on the continent. In this beautiful area, many other kinds of wildlife will also be trying to get your attention.

Tanzania has some of the most beautiful parks and interesting wildlife in the world. We’ll fill your five days with them.

What’s Cool About These Parks?

Not many parks can boast of having thousands of pink flamingos and cats that climb trees. You can find more fun treats like these in Lake Manyara Park, which also has beautiful acacia forests where blue monkeys and baboons live. The sky is full of all that wildlife and more than 400 different kinds of birds.

Would you rather see animals than tourists? Then make sure Tarangire Park is on your tour list. There are over 250,000 animals that come to this area every year to herd animals, and thousands of them are big tusker elephants.

A real wonder of the world is the Ngorongoro Crater. With over 25,000 animals living in it, this ecosystem is like its own universe and is the planet’s biggest intact volcanic caldera. There are gazelles, hartebeests, elands, warthogs, hippos, and pink flamingos here, as well as all five of Africa’s “Big Five.” You should also see the sunset from the edge of the crater.

Over 3,000 lions and other big cats live in the amazing Serengeti National Park. The huge number of wildebeests and zebras that live on its fields may be even more amazing. This is where the Great Migration starts, with millions of animals gathering and then moving on in a never-ending line in search of water and food. It is a beautiful sight.

5 DAYS, 3 PARKS TANZANIA WILDLIFE SAFARI

Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara (2 ½ Hour Drive ) OR: Start your safari at Tarangire Park (3 Hour Drive )

Arusha – Lake Manyara

At 7:30 am, your Safari Trips to Kenya driver/guide will be at your hotel, home, or the airport to pick you up in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep.

Then you’ll be off to see the Maasai fields and pastures, and maybe even some farmers with their cows as we make our way to Lake Manyara Park.

The park is mostly made up of the pretty lake with its pink flamingos. You can also look for other animals here, like blue monkeys and baboons.

Besides, if you look up at the nearby acacia trees, you might see some big cats lying on the branches and enjoying the sun. This unique group of tree-climbing cats is what the park is known for.

The first night of our tour, we’ll chill out and tell each other stories at our Lake Manyara safari lodge or tented camp.

Arusha – Tarangire

Your Safari Trips to Kenya driver/guide will be at your hotel, home, or the airport at 7:30 am in a private 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeep to pick you up.

About 3,000 elephants live in Tarangire Park, where you should be able to easily spot them. The African wild dog may also be seen. There are also antelope and more than 500 kinds of birds.

The most amazing thing about the park is that it has its own migration—more than 250,000 animals walk through this rarely visited area.

Today is the first night of our tour. We will stay at our Tarangire safari lodge or tented camp.

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti (4 Hour Drive) or Tarangire Park – Serengeti (7 Hour Drive)

We get up early on safari so we can enjoy the quiet morning and all the new sounds, sights, and smells that come with a new day.

After breakfast, we’ll go on a game drive to see what animals we can see. After that, we’ll head for Serengeti National Park.

We will stop for lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery on this fun and interesting trip.

When you get to Serengeti, you might be amazed by how big the fields are and how much wildlife there is. The zebras, impalas, gazelles, and buffalo are all over the place, so you won’t have to look for them.

We have a full day of game drives planned for tomorrow on these huge savannahs, so we’ll rest at our Serengeti accommodations, eat dinner, and plan our trip.

Day 3: Full Day at Serengeti

Today, you can go on as many game rides as you want. Talk to your driver or guide about what parts of the park and animals you want to see.

The wildebeests are everywhere, and so are the big cats. The park is home to over 3,000 lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and more.

We’ll stop for lunch in the middle of the vast fields, where there is a lot of wildlife. The Serengeti is one of the “Seven Natural Wonders of Africa,” and you’ll see why very quickly.

There is also a wide range of wildlife to see. Keep an eye out for baboons, monkeys, and the very rare African wild dog. Hipos and alligators can be found in the park’s marshes and nearby rivers.

We’ll stay at our Serengeti safari lodge or canvas camp for one more night.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

We need to get going early today because there is a lot to see and do.

We’ll take an interesting side trip on our way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

When we go to Olduvai Gorge, the ground opens up in front of us, showing cracks and layers that have preserved a huge amount of ancient tools and bones that show how early humans evolved.

Following that, we will go to Ngorongoro, which has the world’s biggest intact caldera, the great volcanic crater. In our 4×4, we’ll drive down the steep sides of the crater’s walls until we reach a land that seems almost magical, full of wildlife, forests, fields, and marshes.

This is where we’ll spend the day seeing lions, leopards, black rhinos, monkeys, antelope, zebras, elephants, and even pink flamingos.

After that it’s lunchtime. Check out the ponds to see hippos and more birds. There are always interesting things to see at Ngorongoro.

We’re not done yet, though. In the evening, we’ll go back up the crater walls to the edge, where we can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in Africa.

Tonight is our last night on safari, and we will be staying at our Ngorongoro lodge.

Day 5: Ngorongoro – Arusha

A beautiful sunrise at the rim of the crater is reason enough to get up early. Let us get there in time for the sun’s first powerful rays if you’d like.

Then we need to turn our 4×4 around and head back to Arusha. There will be rest stops along the way where we can eat lunch and enjoy the farms and views.

In the past five days, how many animals have you seen? Not a number, right? That’s why we love showing our guests the best of Tanzania. We hope you’ll have lots of pictures, memories, and stories to share when you get back home. Thanks for taking the time to learn about our beautiful world of wildlife, from everyone at Safari Trips to Kenya.
