4-DAY BEST OF TANZANIA FLY & DRIVE SAFARI

4-DAY BEST OF TANZANIA FLY & DRIVE SAFARI

4-DAY BEST OF TANZANIA FLY & DRIVE SAFARI, Incredible Ngorongoro Crater & Serengeti National Park

The Serengeti. That name alone makes me think of safaris and all the wonder, excitement, and strange animals that live there.

The crater of Ngorongoro. Picture a place that is cut off from the rest of Africa. It would be a volcanic crater filled with woods, plains, and marshes that are home to a lot of different species, from lions to flamingos.

The Olduvai Gorge. A dramatic tear in the fabric of Africa’s environment, where the Earth reveals long-lost secrets about how people first came to be.

On our unique four-day Tanzania tour, you’ll not only get to see our beautiful animals up close, you’ll also go to places where they live and hear their sounds.

Finally, when you’re done being amazed by our parks, scenery, people, and animals, we’ll fly you back to Arusha to finish your trip.

What’s Cool About Ngorongoro and Serengeti?

In the fertile, forested depths of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, our journey starts. This magical land is said to have the world’s biggest intact volcanic crater, the highest density of lions in Africa, and over 25,000 animals. But those descriptions don’t really give you a sense of what you’re about to experience.

The forests, plains, and marshes of Ngorongoro are cut off from the rest of Africa. They are home to many animals, including pink flamingos, big cats, buffalo, elephants, rare black rhinos, hippos, and many other birds.

We will stop at Olduvai Gorge on our way to the Serengeti, which is another amazing natural feature. This important archeological site has thousands of fossilized items from the early days of humans, dating back several million years.

Not only does Tanzania’s Serengeti have over 3,000 lions, but it also has a lot of other animals, like more than 500 kinds of birds. The millions of wildebeests that come here to breed may be Serengeti’s most amazing sight.

Depending on the time of year you go, you might see thousands of wildebeests giving birth on the plains, or in the summer, you might see the start of the Great Migration, the world’s biggest animal migration.

There are thousands and then millions of zebras, gazelles, and wildebeests moving across the Serengeti toward the Masai Mara in search of water and taller plants. They look like an endless train of animals being led.

This is nature’s plan for life shown in the form of a huge show. And it will never be forgotten.

The Added
You can enjoy extras like traditional dances and music around the boma, a spa, a boutique, a massage, a swimming pool, a kids’ menu, same-day cleaning service, Wi-Fi, special diet menus, honeymoon suites, family cottages, and more, depending on the type of room you choose.

The person who leads you on safari is the most important person there. Our driver/guides at Safari Trips to Kenya are the nicest and most knowledgeable. They will show you around, feed you, and treat you like the important guest you are. That’s what we promise.

4-DAY BEST OF TANZANIA FLY & DRIVE SAFARI

Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro

At 7:30 am, your Safari Trips to Kenya driver/guide will pick you up from anywhere you choose. Please get in your 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeep, and we will leave. On our way to Ngorongoro, we will go through Maasai areas.

We will reach the edge of the crater and enjoy the view of its colored surface. Do not move as we drive down the crater wall in our safari Jeep. We will land in a beautiful environment that is home to a huge range of animals, including lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo, elephants, and many more.

We can stop for lunch at Lake Magadi and watch hippos, cranes, ostriches, and flamingos. In the middle of Ngorongoro, a day here is like being sunk into a painting of animals.

Then, in the late afternoon, we’ll go back up the crater wall to see one of the most beautiful sunsets in Africa.

Our first night in Africa will be at our lodge or tented camp in Ngorongoro.

Day 2: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park

A double treat: we’ll get up early and go back to the edge of the crater to see the Ngorongoro sunrise!

We will continue our journey to the Serengeti by stopping at Olduvai Gorge. We will see and learn about the huge number of fossilized items that have been found in the cracks in the ground in front of us. It is famous for showing how people have changed over time and how they have used tools.

Now it’s time to go into Serengeti National Park, which is Tanzania’s biggest park. Wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, leopards, lions, and cheetahs are just some of the animals that live in the huge, treeless area.

We’ll take it easy tonight at our Serengeti lodge or tented camp, where we can talk about our busy day.

Day 3: Full Day at Serengeti

Safari Trips to Kenya always offers game drives with no limits when we can. Today is one of those days! We’re going to spend our time discovering this “Seven Natural Wonders of Africa” site, which has a huge variety of fascinating bird and animal species.

Wildlife in the park is well-known, but your guide will also look for and show you the park’s many smaller species, such as monkeys, baboons, honey badgers, and even wild African dogs.

Not all the animals here live on land, either. We’ll search the reserve’s marshes and rivers for hippos and even alligators. At Serengeti, you can see as many animals as you want.

Our last night on vacation will be at our Serengeti lodging.

Day 4: Serengeti – Arusha

Let’s get up with the sun and enjoy this beautiful world one last time before we leave for home.

For the best views of big game, get up early in the morning. Watch the big cats as they come out into the cool morning air. We’ll go for a game drive early in the morning to see what animals we can see, and then we’ll have a wonderful breakfast.

The airport is close by, and we’ll make sure you have a good seat on your tour flight back to Arusha. Around 12:45 pm, you should land. Our driver will meet you at the door and take you back to your hotel, home, the airport, or any other place you choose.

You’ve been to the fantastic Serengeti, explored the amazing Ngorongoro Crater, and seen the amazing things in Olduvai Gorge. And got to see the fields and rocks of Africa from the sky! Thank you for going on adventure with us. We had a great time. We at Safari Trips to Kenya want to say “thank you” very much.
