10 Day Kenya And Tanzania Safari Tour Exploring 6 Iconic Parks
10 Day Kenya And Tanzania Safari Tour Exploring 6 Iconic Parks.
Ten full days to see the best of Kenya and Tanzania, with three parks in each country. You will see both the Serengeti and the Masai Mara, which are both very large parks that are on the edges of two different countries. It’s there that you can see wildebeests and zebras moving from one park and country to another.
Kenya and Tanzania both have unique parks that amaze people who go on safari. At Amboseli Park, you can see beautiful groups of great elephants walking around in front of the snow-capped beauty of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
In Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater, you can go down into the world’s biggest intact volcanic crater, which is full of animals. There are lion groups here, as well as rhino, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and cheetah.
This ten-day safari tour is meant to give you a good mix of time to enjoy the wildlife and natural sights of these two East African countries. Few people can say they’ve been to both the Serengeti and the Masai Mara. But soon you will!
What’s Cool About These Parks?
From Nairobi, you’ll go through the Rift Valley and end up at the charming Lake Nakuru National Park, which has beautiful acacia woods, waterfalls, and the lake itself. Here you might see both black and white rhinos, as well as lions and leopards as well.
Then we’ll go to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, which is home to a lot of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, big cats, and many other species. When the wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles come into the park every year on their Great Migration, you can see them all here.
The next park we’ll be visiting is Serengeti National Park, and that’s where those thousands of herding grazers are coming from. More than 3,000 lions live in these huge, treeless savannahs. The leopard, rhino, buffalo, elephant, eland, impala, and warthog will all be on the lookout with us.
Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s biggest intact volcanic caldera, is the next place we’ll visit. It’s one of the most interesting places on Earth. We’ll be tracking the big cats and all of Africa’s “Big Five” as we go down into this blue-green world. Then we go to the strange Tarangire National Park, which has lots of elephants, strange baobab trees, and huge termite mounds.
When we talk about great tuskers again, we’ll cross back into Kenya and get to Amboseli National Park, which is famous for being the best place to see great elephant families. You’ll see them moving in front of the impressive Mt. Kilimanjaro, which is covered in snow. A wonderful end to your ten-day, six-park, two-country excursion tour!
