SAFARI BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

SAFARI BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS, For all safari tours in Africa and Kenya, the following deposit of the total tour price will be due when the reservation is confirmed. The rest of the money is due before or at the start of your trip.

Terms of payment for tour reservations:

One-day safaris and tours don’t need a payment.
20% down payment per person for tours or safaris that last two to three days
30% down payment per person for safaris or tours that last between 4 and 6 days
For safaris that last 7 to 12 days, each person must put down a 40% fee.
Each person must put down a 50% deposit for trips that include both Kenya and Tanzania.
If you book a safari tour or trip within 5 to 1 day of the start date, you have to pay in full.

Different ways to pay for safaris:

Credit or debit card: You can pay at our office or online. There aren’t any extra fees. You can use Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
Please note that our business bank accounts are only in Nairobi, Kenya. There are no bank accounts for Safari Trips to Kenya in any city or country other than Kenya.

Safari booking payments will be returned, but only after taking into account hotel cancellation fees and administrative costs, which are shown in the table below.

Safari Cost Inclusions:

The following costs are included in the price of your safari:

The price to rent a 4×4 Jeep trip
Driver or guide based on the plan,
What to eat while on safari
You can stay in hotels, safari cabins, or tented camps.
Fees to get into game areas and national parks.

Safari mode of transportation:

Touring vehicles are 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeeps with pop-up roofs. The number of tour participants and the tour program or itinerary will determine how many vehicles will be given. The business has the right to hire the same standard subcontractors again and again.

Driver guides who know English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish are available upon request.

The prices for safari lodging are based on two people sharing a small room or tent. There is an extra charge for single rooms, called a “single room supplement.”

Each hotel, lodge, or tent camp on the list is specific to one of the three types of amenities it offers, which will be marked as such (economy, comfort, and luxury).

You will be told ahead of time where you will stay on vacation.

Changes to tours:

If necessary, the company can make changes to the plans or cancel a planned trip.

The company also has the right to refuse to accept or keep anyone on any tour at any time. If this happens, a reasonable amount of money will be returned.

Tariffs and other operational costs that were in place at the time of release are used to set prices.

Liability:

The company and its employees are only representing the trips, transportation, etc., and are not responsible for any harm, delays, loss, or damage.
The laws of the country where the tour takes place, and only that country’s laws, govern the company’s responsibility to the people who ride in its cars.

The courts in the country where the acts happen have the power to hear all claims.

The business can hire outsiders to do some or all of the work if they want to.

No one from the company is responsible if your stuff gets lost or broken.

Problems or complaints on safari:

If you have a problem or complaint while you’re on safari, you should send it right away to your tour manager (by email or WhatsApp) so that they can look into it, confirm it, and fix it right away.

If the issues aren’t taken care of on-site, they should be sent in writing to the company within 30 days of the end of the safari tour so that they can take the necessary action.

Within 30 days of receiving a written complaint, the problems or complaints will be looked into and fixed.
