Discover Our Kenya/Tanzania Combined Safaris
Discover Our Kenya/Tanzania Combined Safaris, Kenya is famous for having huge groups of elephants and millions of wildebeests that come and go every year.
Across from Tanzania is famous for having endless flocks of pink flamingos and fields that are home to thousands of lions.
On an African tour, wouldn’t it be great to see the best of both of these wildlife areas?
Safari Trips to Kenya has trips that take people from other countries to see the exciting wildlife parks in both of these top East African adventure spots. You’ll start in Nairobi and visit some of Kenya’s best parks, such as Amboseli and Masai Mara, which are home to many elephants and big cats.
Then we’ll cross into Tanzania and go to the amazing Serengeti, the famous Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara Park, where we will see a huge variety of animals.
You can only see so many different kinds of animals, landscapes, and people on a combined cross-border safari. Let’s look at what a Kenya/Tanzania tour has to offer.
10 Days, 2 Places 6 Parks
We’ll start in Nairobi, the main city, and then go to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is close by and has beautiful acacia forests, waterfalls, and a lake full of different kinds of birds. Since this area is home to a rhino sanctuary, you’ll have chances to see these shy and rare animals.
Then we’ll go to Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous park, where the great movement of wildebeests and many big cats live. With over 95 different kinds of mammals living here, this ecosystem is very dense.
You might want to visit a Maasai town while you’re here to meet the locals and learn about how they live on the land. Of course, you can choose to go on a hot air balloon tour over the park. You can rise with the sun and see the Mara come to life.
The next stop is Tanzania, home of the big Serengeti Park. Hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras come to breed here. Eventually, they will cross into the nearby Masai Mara as part of the Great Migration.
You’ll go on game drives across these fields to see some of the more than 3,000 lions that live in the Serengeti. You can’t miss the cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles.
From Ngorongoro to Tarangire
Don’t worry, you’ll learn how to say it: Ngorongoro. This stunning landscape is the world’s biggest intact volcanic crater. Think of an environment that is cut off from the rest of Africa but is full of all kinds of animals, from flamingos to lions.
In your 4×4, you’ll drive down the steep crater walls and land in a blue-and-green world full of hippos, big cats, cows, and elephants.
After that, we’ll go to Tarangire Park, where elephants rule. It’s also home to more than 250,000 animals that come there every year. Our last stop in Tanzania is this small but lovely park.
Now it’s time to go back to Kenya and visit Amboseli National Park, which is one of the country’s most famous game areas. You can’t miss Mt. Kilimanjaro, which forms the southern edge of the park and is the tallest mountain in Africa.
In this dramatic setting, get ready to see Amboseli’s famous groups of elephants—there are so many that you are sure to see them. Along with the lion, the park is home to the leopard, the elephant, and the buffalo.
Imagine walking through the parks of these two East African countries and finding all the different kinds of wildlife that are waiting for you. This is what a Kenya/Tanzania tour is all about.
