What is the baggage allowance on local domestic /internal flights?

In the event that you have a reservation for a fly-in safari in Kenya or if you are thinking about taking a local or domestic safari flight to one of the national parks or game reserves, there is a baggage allowance that you are permitted to bring with you.

With the exception of hand luggage, the maximum amount of baggage that can be carried on domestic flights that travel between national parks is 15 kilograms.

Free of charge, you are welcome to store any additional luggage that is not required for your safari at our offices in Nairobi, Diani, or Mombasa.

In addition, if you prefer to take all of your baggage with you, you have the option of paying an additional fee of five dollars per kilogram for every additional baggage that you bring with you (this is contingent upon the capacity of the flight or carrier).
