Dining Out In The Bush

Dining Out In The Bush

Dining Out In The Bush, Do you think that being on safari means only seeing lions, leopards, elephants, and rhinos? You can have a lot of unique experiences in our endless savannahs, rolling hills, and delightfully rich woods.

As one of our favorite things to do on an African tour, we love eating outside, maybe under a beautiful acacia tree, or maybe a romantic dinner for two under the stars.

An evening meal outside is always better when there is a warm, gentle breeze and the sounds of animals in Africa barking, chirping, or singing nearby. Does that sound like a good way to start or end the day? This is how we like to eat in the bush.

People say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You’ll feel like you’re one with nature when you leave your camp and eat breakfast with the animals that are also awake and looking for food. Coffee, juice, and rolls can be an easy breakfast in the bush. They can be set out on the hood of your safari Jeep. We promise that everything will taste better outside than at a meal inside, where it’s stuffy and bright.

If you like the smell of bacon in the morning and want a more luxurious meal outside, you can often enjoy a full English breakfast in the field while on safari. This includes eggs, sausages, bacon, scones, fruit, sweets, and champagne.

If you really want to go all out, you can even hire a private chef to cook over an open fire and make a meal that everyone will remember. In the rich lands of Africa, there are so many ways to start the day.

There are times when the trip is too much fun to leave and go back for lunch. So why not eat your lunch in the field like the animals do?

You can eat a simple, relaxed lunch outside, maybe under a pepper tree, while watching animals go by. Your guide may lay out a blanket for you to relax on while you eat a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, and veggies.

You don’t want too much to weigh you down; you just need enough to get ready for the game drives in the afternoon. Don’t forget that dinner is still coming up.

You can make your own food experience, which is one of the best things about eating in the bush. Are you looking for a small dinner with candles or a meal with friends that you can do together?

You can eat dinner in the evening in a boma lit by a fire near your tent camp or in the field. You could also eat by a moonlit river while hippos roar nearby. We can help make this eating experience unique for you.

We can set up your table by a lake or on the grassland as the sun goes down and turns orange. After drinks, there is either an African-style meal or an open grill. You might hear music or just the sounds of nature all around you. You have all of these options to think about.

As the fire crackles and the moon and stars shine on this safari moment, you’ll enjoy this tasty meal in the most beautiful setting that nature could have made.
